What you will need as the importer
When you buy directly, you are usually the importer of record. For business imports in India that generally means having your own Import Export Code (IEC) and the supplier’s commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and paid by the importer.
We tell you what is needed early, so the goods do not sit at the port waiting for paperwork.

Do you clear customs yourselves?
Customs clearance is filed by a licensed customs broker or by you as the importer. We coordinate the documents and timelines with them on your behalf.
Will you install equipment you did not supply?
Yes. We inspect what arrived, then install, calibrate and maintain it.
