Who owns the LED wall?
We do. The screen stays the property of Solutions AV Systems while it is on rent; you can choose to buy it out.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No long lock-in. The rental runs month to month; the terms are set out in the proposal.
What happens if the screen develops a fault?
Maintenance and repairs are included in the rent. Our team fixes it or replaces modules at no extra cost.
Can I buy the LED wall later?
Yes. You can buy the screen from us at any point during the rental.
Can I upgrade to a bigger or sharper screen?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we will propose a swap.
Who pays for installation and electricity?
The mounting structure and installation are quoted with the proposal. Electricity is paid by you.
Do you help with content?
Yes. We help load, update and schedule the content that plays on the screen.
