What does Solutions Events do?
Solutions Events is an event management and audio-visual production company based in Kolkata. Since 1997 we have produced conferences, dealer meets, award nights, product launches, trade shows, concerts, convocations and weddings, with the design, fabrication, sound, lighting, LED and stage handled by one in-house crew.
Which cities do you cover?
We work from three hubs, Kolkata, Delhi and Ahmedabad, and produce events across India, including the same show in several cities on the same night.
Do you own your equipment or hire it in?
We own it. Line-array sound, lighting and certified truss, more than 4,800 sq ft of LED wall, staging up to 100 ft and our own fabrication workshop. Very little is hired in, so there are no last-minute substitutions at load-in.
Can we rent only equipment, such as an LED wall, sound or lighting?
Yes. Send us your requirement with the dates and the venue and we will confirm availability and share a quotation for your approval.
How do we get a quote?

Can we see the equipment before we book?
Yes. Book an appointment at our Kolkata, Delhi or Ahmedabad hub to walk the warehouse and meet the crew. Most visits are arranged within 48 hours.
