The Brief
An industrial and defence technology expo that had to work for two audiences at once: exhibitors who needed clean, powered, well-lit stands, and a conference programme of panels that ran through the middle of the show floor.
The answer was a truss-mounted main stage that read from anywhere in the hall, and a set of standees and letters that gave a very functional venue a sense of occasion.
What We Built
Truss main stage
A free-standing truss stage with an LED wall visible across the full hall depth.
Panel set
A second, quieter set for panel discussions, isolated from exhibitor noise.
EAST TECH letters
Illuminated 3D letters at the entrance that became the show’s meeting point.
Tricolour standees
Illuminated standees with an LED backdrop lining the main circulation route.
Hall AV
Distributed audio and paging across the exhibition floor without stepping on the stage programme.
“They built a stage in the middle of a working exhibition hall and somehow nobody lost a selling day to it.”
