The Brief
A consumer expo with a very short build window and a very long public run: two hundred and ten stalls, two public entrances, and a hall that had to keep looking new on day nine with thirty thousand pairs of shoes through it.
We took the layout, the fabrication, the signage and the lighting, then kept a maintenance crew on site every morning before the gates opened.
What We Built
Hall layout
Two hundred and ten stalls set out with service corridors, fire lanes and a circulation route that did not dead-end.
Stall fabrication
Modular shells built in our workshop, trucked in over three nights and dressed to each exhibitor’s brief.
Entrance signage
Illuminated expo signage at both entrances, sized to read from across the approach road.
Entrance decor
A floral and fabric treatment at the main entrance, refreshed twice during the run.
Daily upkeep
A morning crew on site for nine days: relamping, touch-ups and re-taping before the public came in.
“Nine days of footfall and the hall still photographed well on the last afternoon.”
