The Brief
Five thousand square metres of hotel, five programmes running at once, and a delegate list that would not forgive a dropped slide. The congress needed identical production quality in a dome hall, a ballroom and three breakout rooms — plus a poolside evening that had to be built after the last session ended.
We ran one production desk across all five rooms, with a runner network and a single slide-management pipeline so a speaker could present in any hall from the same deck.
What We Built
Dome session hall
A curved LED backdrop inside the dome with IMAG, matched colour temperature to the fixed house lighting.
Four breakout rooms
Identical screen, audio and record packages so no session felt like the overflow room.
Entrance arch
A fabricated arch at the porte-cochère, installed overnight before day one.
Tower & poolside letters
3D letters mounted four storeys up the venue tower, and a second set at the pool for the gala evening.
Poolside evening
Stage, sound and festoon rig built in the four hours between the last session and the first guest.
“Five rooms, four days, and the only thing our faculty ever asked us was where the coffee was.”
